At ToeBreeze, your satisfaction matters. If something isn’t right, we offer hassle-free refunds within 30 days from the delivery date.

No Physical Returns Required

We do not require you to send items back. Instead, we handle issues through refunds (partial or full, depending on the situation) once we review your case.

Please do not mail any products back to us.

How to Request a Refund (Within 30 Days)

  1. Email us at info@toebreeze.com within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue.
  3. If applicable, attach clear photos or a short video showing the problem (e.g., damaged item, wrong item, manufacturing defect).

Refund Options

  • Full refund to your original payment method for qualifying cases (e.g., defective, damaged on arrival, incorrect item).
  • Partial refund for other cases (e.g., change of mind, sizing/fit issues), determined after reviewing the request.

Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method. Processing typically takes up to 10 business days after approval, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will make it right with a full refund or a free replacement after review.

Exchanges & Replacements

We do not process physical returns. However, if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we may provide a free replacement order instead of a refund. This will be arranged directly with you after approval.
